- Professional Registration:
- Registered as “Engineer” with Pakistan Engineering Council, except where section 28(b) of the Pakistan Engineering Council Act, 1976 (V of 1976) applies.
Age Limit:
- Male: 21 to 30 years + 5 years relaxation = 35 years
- Female: 21 to 30 years + 8 years relaxation = 38 years
- Transgender: Based on the contents of their CNIC
